Returns + Refunds

We hope you love your OeRa as much as we loved creating it.

Due to the personal nature of perfume products, all OeRa perfume purchases are final sale and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference.

Fragrance is incredibly personal, so if you're discovering OeRa for the first time or aren't sure which scent is right for you, we recommend starting with our Eras Sampler Set before committing to a full-size bottle.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your OeRa arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Please do not dispose of a damaged or defective product until we've had a chance to review your request.

If you experience an issue with your OeRa that isn't covered above, please reach out. We're a small-batch Canadian perfume brand and want you to feel good about your experience with us.
