Every OeRa order is packed with care and shipped from Fernie, British Columbia, Canada.

Order Processing

As a small-batch perfume brand, we aim to process and prepare orders within 2–5 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. During launches, seasonal releases, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Shipping Within Canada

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Please note that carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Local Pickup

When local pickup is available, the option will appear at checkout.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before arriving to collect
