Our Products

OeRa creates small-batch perfume oils and fragrance products. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including scent descriptions, ingredients, packaging, colours, and sizing.

Because fragrance is subjective and our products may be produced in small batches, minor variations may occur. Product photographs and colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Please review all product information and ingredients before purchasing. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy, we recommend reviewing the ingredient information carefully before use.

Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing + Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where required.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, or availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been completed unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Returns + Refunds

Due to the personal nature of perfume products, OeRa perfume purchases are generally final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. If you are unsure which OeRa scent is right for you, we recommend purchasing a Discovery Set before committing to a full-size bottle.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping + Delivery

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Product Use

OeRa products are intended for external use only and should be used according to the directions provided with the product.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
